Hindsgavl Slot is a castle of contrasts. At Hindsgavl, you will experience a unique combination of a classic castle, a modern hotel and a varied Danish castle cuisine. It is the ideal setting for short breaks, holidays and functions, where the staff endeavour to make your stay a truly special experience.

At Hindsgavl Slot, we like to do things properly, and that means from scratch. That is why we have our own kitchen and herb garden in the castle grounds, which supplies our castle kitchen, season permitting. Our propensity for perfectionism means that there are certain things we like to do by the Hindsgavl book. We are, for example, of the conviction that strawberries should be eaten in the summer, and game ideally in the autumn.
